Activity Mats

We have hundreds of fabrics for you to choose from. When you place your order simply note at checkout what colours/patterns you like and we will email you through a large range of options for you. Or if you have a niche request we will source a particular fabric for you.

The activity mat product page will show you what month we are currently taking bookings for. Then once you have placed your order we will let you know exactly what week within that month your mat will be made and shipped to you.

We recommend handwashing your mat in a bath or large trough, then dry flat on top of a clothes horse to allow air to circulate. Ensure your mat is completely dry before using it again. If you mat just needs a spot clean then baby wipes work wonders!

Bespoke Dolls

Once you have placed your Bespoke Doll order we will email you a questionnaire to get the design process started.

The Bespoke Doll product page will show you what month we are currently taking bookings for. Then once you have placed your order we will let you know exactly what week within that month your doll will be made and shipped to you.

 

Shipping

At Clover & Lola we ship our products using Courier Services and Australia Post. Please note we can not ship our Activity Mats to PO Boxes, they must be sent to a physical address due to their size.

If your premises are unattended at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave your delivery, the courier may take the Goods back to their depot or to your local post office. The customer is responsible for collecting their parcel or organising redelivery. If parcel is not claimed and sent back to us the customer will be charged new shipping fees to get the parcel resent to them.

International Shipping

We ship our products world wide! If you are located out of Australia simply email us cloverandlola@gmail.com and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Any import taxes, custom charges or any applicable charges that your country may be charging at the time of delivery is the responsibility of the customer (international orders).  

If your item is returned due to us due to non payment of import fees (even if you were not notified) Clover and Lola cannot refund shipping charges.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges again to post your item, or a refund of the item only will be processed once the item is returned in the original condition to us.

 

Product Returns

Please choose carefully when selecting products as we do not offer refunds or changes to orders due to Change of Mind.

If the product you receive is incorrect or there is a fault please contact us via email cloverandlola@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. If it is deemed your product is incorrect or does have a fault we will arrange for it to be exchanged. On the occasion that we are unable to replace this item we will issue you a refund.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to general wear and tear over time, misuse or damage due to not following care instructions.
