We have hundreds of fabrics for you to choose from. When you place your order simply note at checkout what colours/patterns you like and we will email you through a large range of options for you. Or if you have a niche request we will source a particular fabric for you.
The activity mat product page will show you what month we are currently taking bookings for. Then once you have placed your order we will let you know exactly what week within that month your mat will be made and shipped to you.
We recommend handwashing your mat in a bath or large trough, then lying flat to dry. Ensure your mat is completely dry before using it again.
Once you have placed your Bespoke Doll order we will email you a questionnaire to get the design process started.

At Clover & Lola we ship our products using Courier Services and Australia Post. Please note we can not ship our Activity Mats to PO Boxes, they must be sent to a physical address due to their size.
We ship our products world wide! If you are located out of Australia simply email us email@example.com and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Please choose carefully when selecting products as we do not offer refunds or changes to orders due to Change of Mind.
If the product you receive is incorrect or there is a fault please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within one week of receiving your order. If it is deemed your product is incorrect or does have a fault we will arrange for it to be exchanged. On the occasion that we are unable to replace this item we will issue you a refund.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to general wear and tear over time, misuse or damage due to not following care instructions.
